What is a Party Wraps™ cupcake wrapper?
A Party Wraps™ cupcake wrapper is a unique and fun way to dress up your baked cupcake. It is die-cut from medium-thickness paper and has two complimentary colors, one printed on each side, so that you can reverse the colors. It stands 2" high and 3.25" around, perfect to fit around any standard cupcake. The wrapper ships flat and is easily assembled by curving the product so the ends meet, and securing the tab into the slot.
What are Party Wraps™ shipping costs and methods?
Party Wraps™ offers ground, 2-day and overnight shipping options as the fastest method to get your products to you. We also offer United States Postal Service, which we recommend for orders shipping overseas and outside the continental US. Shipping rates are calculated by the weight of your shipment and the location it is being shipped to
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, and we recommend using usps for the most affordable way to ship.
What is your return policy?
We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products, but if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it to initiate an exchange or return. Please note we cannot refund shipping costs and large returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Once you notify us, we will offer you a full refund, exchange or credit toward a future purchase. If you opt for a full refund, we will ask that you please return the order in its original form and packaging. How may I open a wholesale account?
Please email us at info at cheapcupcakewrappers dot com for more information. a wholesale application, resale certificate, federal tax ID number and proof of business will be required, in addition to a minimum opening order. We offer wholesale pricing payable by company check, PayPal or Visa/Mastercard.
How long does it take to process my order after I place it?
We always ship in-stock orders within 3 business days from date or order. Please note that if your order is placed after 2 p.m. CST, the next business day is the actual date of order.
Can I rush my order?
Yes, you may request us to rush the processing of your order. We will notify you if a rush is not available. Rush processing costs $25. To speed up the process even more, you can add accelerated shipping to your order at an additional cost.
